Which of the sixteen MBTI type are are you? Let’s find out quickly!
The Myers-Briggs is comprised of 4-letter type. But why all of the letters? It looks complex, but really, it’s not. Here is a basic overview of what each of the letter preferences truly measures. Take note of which letter dichotomy you tend to embrace more, even if just a little, E or I (Extroversion or Introversion), S or N (Sensing or Intuition and Intuition is labeled as an N), T or F (Thinking or Feeling), and J or P (Judging or Perceiving). The first and last letters in your type are called orientations because they have to do with how you interact with the world. The two middle letters in your type are called your mental processes because they form the basis of how your mind works—how you take in information and how you make decisions. Your four-letter combo is your MBTI and we’ve got a summary of the types on the next page, but keep going. There’s so much more to MBTI than you see at first glance!
